SOURDOUGH

Our sourdough loafs are made with freshly milled hard red wheat, filtered water, sourdough starter and hand harvested salt. 

It is a combination of artisan skills and science.

For a sour and digestible loaf with higher nutrion we ferment our dough for 24 hours. This process slows down the yeast and allows the heterofermantative bacteria to produce acetic acid which gives the bread its light vinegary flavour.

Quinoa Sourdough

Quinoa is widely considered as superfood due to its high protein content and notable concentrations of essential nutrients. Quinoa boosts the overall protein of the loaf.

Riceberry Sourdough

Riceberry naturally has a sweet and sour flavour and strong aroma. Riceberry is rich in fiber, and lower on glycemic index also helps lower cholesterol levels and rich in antioxidants.

How to pre order?

  1. Choose the bread you want.

  2. Choose the quantity you want.

  3. Please Provide your name and contact info.

  4. Negotiate Pick Up date (Wednesday, Friday, Sunday) and time.

  5. Make payment.

  6. Bread will be ready to pick up from 9.00 onwards on the baking day.

  7. Enjoy fresh sourdough at home.
