Hey guys, Today I am back with a new simple and quick recipe and we will be using the Fellow Prismo for this one. The brew time is 50 seconds and you can extract a bodied delicios coffee from this brew. The brew is essentially aiming for a medium bodied short black. - Our ratio will be 1:2.5 - Grind size is fine (just like espresso) We will be using 20g coffee, 50ml water, 99C RO Water 1) Preheat your aeropress
2) Lock in you prismo and drop in the coffee grounds 3) Start your timer and pour all the water in 10 seconds
(don't worry about the water leaking, prismo is sealed quite well until you but the back of the aeropress) 4) After you pour in all the water, remove your aeropress off the scale and place on the drinking vessel. Stir hard for 30 seconds 5) As soon as you are done stirring seal your aeropress and press immediately. This should take 10 seconds.
6) As a result you will get a strong short black ready to drink. You will not achieve crema with this brew since it is very difficult to achieve crema with aeropress anyway but the brew still hold the kick and intensity of a delicious short black.
This brew is also good base for latte though I would reccomend a ratio of 1:2 for this one since the cup does not have the same properties with an espresso.
Comment what you think and what recipes you use. Waiting to hear from you guys. Enjoy your brew!
