When Dagoberto Rodriguez decided to become a coffee grower on his own, he took all his savings, the money that he worked so hard to get, to purchase this piece of land where he lives and produces coffee on nowadays. He is extremely proud to see this farm and know that it’s the fruit of his hard work. Today, Dagoberto produces coffee on Finca Los Cristales together with his wife Yaneth. They named the farm Los Cristales because there is a crystal-clear water stream that passes through the farm. They started producing specialty coffee in 2014 and since then, Dagoberto has been extremely strict and careful with his processes.
